CVE-2020-27768 | 2 Debian, Imagemagick | 2 Debian Linux, Imagemagick | 2023-03-11 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 3.3 LOW |
In ImageMagick, there is an outside the range of representable values of type 'unsigned int' at MagickCore/quantum-private.h. This flaw affects ImageMagick versions prior to 7.0.9-0.
CVE-2020-27760 | 2 Debian, Imagemagick | 2 Debian Linux, Imagemagick | 2023-03-11 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.5 MEDIUM |
In `GammaImage()` of /MagickCore/enhance.c, depending on the `gamma` value, it's possible to trigger a divide-by-zero condition when a crafted input file is processed by ImageMagick. This could lead to an impact to application availability. The patch uses the `PerceptibleReciprocal()` to prevent the divide-by-zero from occurring. This flaw affects ImageMagick versions prior to ImageMagick 7.0.8-68.

rdesktop versions up to and including v1.8.3 contain an Integer Overflow that leads to a Heap-Based Buffer Overflow in the function rdp_in_unistr() and results in memory corruption and possibly even a remote code execution.
CVE-2018-25047 | 2 Debian, Smarty | 2 Debian Linux, Smarty | 2023-03-03 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
In Smarty before 3.1.47 and 4.x before 4.2.1, libs/plugins/function.mailto.php allows XSS. A web page that uses smarty_function_mailto, and that could be parameterized using GET or POST input parameters, could allow injection of JavaScript code by a user.
CVE-2018-8781 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 1 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 3 more | 2023-03-03 | 7.2 HIGH | 7.8 HIGH |
The udl_fb_mmap function in drivers/gpu/drm/udl/udl_fb.c at the Linux kernel version 3.4 and up to and including 4.15 has an integer-overflow vulnerability allowing local users with access to the udldrmfb driver to obtain full read and write permissions on kernel physical pages, resulting in a code execution in kernel space.
CVE-2019-14380 | 2 Debian, Openmpt | 2 Debian Linux, Libopenmpt | 2023-03-03 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
libopenmpt before 0.4.5 allows a crash during playback due to an out-of-bounds read in XM and MT2 files.
CVE-2002-0062 | 5 Debian, Freebsd, Gnu and 2 more | 5 Debian Linux, Freebsd, Ncurses and 2 more | 2023-03-03 | 7.2 HIGH | N/A |
Buffer overflow in ncurses 5.0, and the ncurses4 compatibility package as used in Red Hat Linux, allows local users to gain privileges, related to "routines for moving the physical cursor and scrolling."
CVE-2022-35409 | 2 Arm, Debian | 2 Mbed Tls, Debian Linux | 2023-03-03 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
An issue was discovered in Mbed TLS before 2.28.1 and 3.x before 3.2.0. In some configurations, an unauthenticated attacker can send an invalid ClientHello message to a DTLS server that causes a heap-based buffer over-read of up to 255 bytes. This can cause a server crash or possibly information disclosure based on error responses. Affected configurations have MBEDTLS_SSL_DTLS_CLIENT_PORT_REUSE enabled and MBEDTLS_SSL_IN_CONTENT_LEN less than a threshold that depends on the configuration: 258 bytes if using mbedtls_ssl_cookie_check, and possibly up to 571 bytes with a custom cookie check function.
CVE-2020-10932 | 3 Arm, Debian, Fedoraproject | 3 Mbed Tls, Debian Linux, Fedora | 2023-03-03 | 1.9 LOW | 4.7 MEDIUM |
An issue was discovered in Arm Mbed TLS before 2.16.6 and 2.7.x before 2.7.15. An attacker that can get precise enough side-channel measurements can recover the long-term ECDSA private key by (1) reconstructing the projective coordinate of the result of scalar multiplication by exploiting side channels in the conversion to affine coordinates; (2) using an attack described by Naccache, Smart, and Stern in 2003 to recover a few bits of the ephemeral scalar from those projective coordinates via several measurements; and (3) using a lattice attack to get from there to the long-term ECDSA private key used for the signatures. Typically an attacker would have sufficient access when attacking an SGX enclave and controlling the untrusted OS.
CVE-2019-18222 | 3 Arm, Debian, Fedoraproject | 4 Mbed Crypto, Mbed Tls, Debian Linux and 1 more | 2023-03-03 | 1.9 LOW | 4.7 MEDIUM |
The ECDSA signature implementation in ecdsa.c in Arm Mbed Crypto 2.1 and Mbed TLS through 2.19.1 does not reduce the blinded scalar before computing the inverse, which allows a local attacker to recover the private key via side-channel attacks.
CVE-2019-16910 | 3 Arm, Debian, Fedoraproject | 4 Mbed Crypto, Mbed Tls, Debian Linux and 1 more | 2023-03-03 | 2.6 LOW | 5.3 MEDIUM |
Arm Mbed TLS before 2.19.0 and Arm Mbed Crypto before 2.0.0, when deterministic ECDSA is enabled, use an RNG with insufficient entropy for blinding, which might allow an attacker to recover a private key via side-channel attacks if a victim signs the same message many times. (For Mbed TLS, the fix is also available in versions 2.7.12 and 2.16.3.)
CVE-2019-14513 | 2 Debian, Thekelleys | 2 Debian Linux, Dnsmasq | 2023-03-03 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
Improper bounds checking in Dnsmasq before 2.76 allows an attacker controlled DNS server to send large DNS packets that result in a read operation beyond the buffer allocated for the packet, a different vulnerability than CVE-2017-14491.
CVE-2019-14443 | 2 Debian, Libav | 2 Debian Linux, Libav | 2023-03-03 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
An issue was discovered in Libav 12.3. Division by zero in range_decode_culshift in libavcodec/apedec.c allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash), as demonstrated by avconv.
CVE-2019-14442 | 2 Debian, Libav | 2 Debian Linux, Libav | 2023-03-03 | 7.1 HIGH | 6.5 MEDIUM |
In mpc8_read_header in libavformat/mpc8.c in Libav 12.3, an input file can result in an avio_seek infinite loop and hang, with 100% CPU consumption. Attackers could leverage this vulnerability to cause a denial of service via a crafted file.
CVE-2019-13308 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Imagemagick and 1 more | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Imagemagick and 1 more | 2023-03-02 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 8.8 HIGH |
